I’ve decided to start this blog because I am doing something never done before (or at least something I couldn’t find online)… the Kinda Keto Diet. I.E – I like the idea of keto, but I also like oatmeal/peanut butter/honey so going to give it a go w/ 100 carb rather than the desired 20-50 carb max. I’ll be writing down what I eat – the carbs attached to it and other fun facts and info. Also – weekends will be my cheat days (hey its summer and my birthday/4th of July are here, give me a break!)
